This page is awaiting approved wording
Eirecon Energy has not yet published its privacy policy. What follows is an outline of the sections this page will contain, not the policy itself, and nothing on this page should be relied upon.
For any question about how your information is handled in the meantime, please contact us.
Who we are
Our website address is eireconenergy.com.
EIRECON ENERGY Company, national number 7054207951, registered with the Ministry of Commerce of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is the data controller responsible for personal data collected through this website. Our registered address is Prince Faisal Ibn Fahad Rd., Al Hizam Al Akhdar District, Al Khobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This policy is written under the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its Implementing Regulations. For any privacy question, or to exercise any right described below, contact us at info@eireconenergy.com.
What we collect
We collect personal data when you choose to send it to us, and in no other situation. There are two forms on this site and they work differently.
The contact form asks for your name, email address, telephone number and message. We email it to ourselves and reply to you. It is not stored in a database.
The request for proposal form asks whether you are an individual or company or a supplier, which service you are interested in, your name or company name, your email address, your phone number and your message. Because a proposal is a piece of work that has to be tracked, this one is stored in our system under a reference such as RFP-2026-0001, and it is visible to our staff when they are signed in. Neither form accepts file attachments.
We do not ask for, and have no use for, sensitive personal data. Please do not include health, religious, criminal, biometric or genetic information.
What we do not collect
We are specific here because most privacy policies are vague about it.
- No analytics. There is no Google Analytics, no Tag Manager, no Meta Pixel, no Hotjar, no Clarity and no LinkedIn tag on this site.
- No advertising or tracking pixels of any kind.
- No profiling and no automated decision making.
- No CAPTCHA service. Our forms are protected by a hidden field rather than by a third party service, precisely so that submitting a form does not send your details to another company.
Cookies
This site sets two cookies, and both are strictly necessary. One keeps track of your visit so the site works properly as you move between pages. The other protects the forms, by confirming that a submission genuinely came from this site and not from somewhere else pretending to be you. Both expire after two hours, and both are set by this site itself rather than by anyone else.
There is no analytics cookie, no advertising cookie and no third party cookie. That is also why you are not shown a cookie banner: consent is needed for cookies that are not strictly necessary, and we do not set any.
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Both of ours are required for the forms to work, so blocking them will stop a form from being submitted.
Embedded content from other websites
There is none. This site embeds no videos, no maps, no social widgets and no fonts from anywhere else. Both typefaces are served from this site. Your browser is not asked to contact any other company while you read these pages. The site's Content Security Policy permits no external host, and an automated test asserts this on every public page.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Your enquiry reaches us as email, and a proposal request is also stored in the site's own database, which sits with the same provider as the website.
A small number of service providers handle your data on our behalf, and only so that we can receive and answer your enquiry. They are our email provider, our website and database hosting provider, and the security and delivery service that sits in front of this site. They act on our instructions and for no purpose of their own. We will name any of them on request.
We disclose personal data outside those providers only where a competent authority requires it of us under Saudi law.
Where your data is sent
Some of the providers described above operate infrastructure outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, so answering your enquiry can involve your personal data being processed abroad. The Personal Data Protection Law permits this subject to conditions. We rely on transfer to a destination assessed as providing an adequate level of protection, or where that does not apply, on appropriate contractual safeguards with the provider. We transfer no more than the purpose requires.
Our hosting provider also keeps standard web server logs, which record IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
How long we retain your data
We keep enquiry correspondence for 36 months, after which it is deleted. The same 36 months applies to a stored proposal request and everything in it, counted from the day you sent it, and the deletion is automatic rather than something someone has to remember to do.
If an enquiry becomes a contract, the contract record is governed by its own retention terms and by any statutory retention period that applies to it.
What rights you have over your data
Under the Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to:
- be informed of the legal basis and purpose for which we collect your data, which is what this policy is for
- access the personal data we hold about you
- obtain a copy of it in a readable, clear format
- request correction of it where it is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date
- request destruction of it where we no longer need it for the purpose it was collected for
To exercise any of these, contact us at info@eireconenergy.com. If you sent a proposal request, quoting its reference makes it quicker for us to find the exact record. We will respond within the period the law allows.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), the competent authority for personal data protection in the Kingdom. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer; privacy enquiries are handled through the address above.
How we protect your data
This site is served over an encrypted connection. Stored proposal requests are held in our own database and can be seen only by our staff after they sign in, and administrative access is protected against repeated password guessing.
These measures reduce risk. No measure removes it, and we do not claim otherwise.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update the date below. Material changes will be described rather than quietly folded in.
